The Halligan Retention Device, a stronger and more secure way to marry your hook and halligan.

Carry your tools more easily! Fighting fire requires many tools. A pretty standard approach is a hook, Halligan, and striking tool. The HRD is a patent pending device aimed at making your job a little more streamlined and effective. The HRD is a removable, adjustable way to attach a Halligan to any tool near 1" in diameter. Most users choose to attach a Halligan to the hook, making it much easier to carry. Because of the HRD's retention, your Halligan will stay where you want it. Then, if the Halligan is needed, just flip the setup over and tap the opposite end to release the Halligan. Made with American made aircraft T6 aluminum, and fastened by Blue Devil brand fasteners. Matte finish is better for painting if you so choose.
