Manufacturer Warranty
 

All items from a manufacturer, whether direct ship or shipped from firerescuedirect.com, carry the full manufacturer warranty.  Firerescuedirect.com makes no claim or extension to any manufacturer warranty.

FireRescueDirect.com Warranty

All handmade and/or craftsman items from firerescuedirct.com will carry the full listed warranty of each item. These warranties are up to the individual maker of the item; firerescuedirect.com makes no claim or extension to this warranty.

The standard warranty is for replacement items with defects or failure to be guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase.

REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

From the date of purchase are 30 days – returns are accepted when it meets the return requirements, these returns are subject to a restocking fee charged at the discretion of firerescuedirect.com staff.

 

Returns

Holiday Return Extension - Orders placed from November 15th to December 31st that meet the eligibility requirements below will be accepted back until January 31st. You must contact us before January 14th for a return authorization. All items must be received in our returns location by January 31st. 

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. You must contact us for return approval and instructions. You have 30 days from the date of receiving the return authorization order to mail back the returned products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, or issue store credit.

To be eligible for a return, the item must have been purchased within the past 30 days, be in original condition, including all packaging, manuals, accessories, security seals, etc., and not excluded below to be eligible. All apparel must be unworn and unlaundered. 

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or Personalized Items

  • Gift Cards

  • Personal Care Items
  • Limited Edition Items

  • Any Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to Face Masks, Gaiters, Safety Glasses, Decontamination Products, Ear Plugs

  • International Orders


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. FireRescueDirect.com reserves the right to reject a return/exchange request if it falls within the scope of non-returnable items or if FireRescueDirect.com deems the item to be used or not in the original condition upon receiving the item back. 

 

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received, we will inspect and process it within seven business days. A customer service representative will process the return accordingly, and our system will send you an email confirmation for any refund processed. If required, a customer service representative will contact you via email or phone with any questions or issues. If the item returned does not pass inspection, our customer service representative will contact you with an explanation and your options to have the item mailed back to you. Customers that would like the item that has not passed inspection mailed back will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the returned item.

For Orders under $500: We refund the product's price; we do not refund shipping charges. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your order qualifies for free shipping, FireRescueDirect.com reserves the right at our discretion to deduct the shipping cost for the original shipment from your refund.

For Orders over $500: The customer must pay any shipping/freight charges to return the items to FireRescueDirect.com. Once received back and all items pass return inspection, you will receive a refund for the product value, less any shipping charges (if the order received free shipping), and less a 25% restocking fee. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days. Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please get in touch with us at sales@firerescuedirect.com

 

Exchanges
 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at sales@firerescuedirect.com, and we will respond with instructions for the return of the damaged item. If the return is to be sent directly to firerescuedirect.com, please send your item to:

Shipping

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
