At our farms and in our greenhouse, we start our plants each year from our own favorite heirloom seeds to grow only the plumpest and juiciest strains of Cayenne’s, Habaneros, Carolina Reapers, Jalapeno Peppers and beyond. Our spicy team of enthusiasts in the mountains of Asheville, NC then put all their passion into creating sauces that simultaneously balance flavor first and heat second to compliment all types of food.
