5-pocket gear bag and re-created it as the “MEGA Gear Bag”  made with American materials and sewn in our facility in Oakwood, Ohio.

The MEGA Gear Bag is a stock item. It can also be made in various colors and printed with either the standard Maltese Cross or custom department one-color logos (minimum order of 24 bags).

The MEGA Gear Bag offers plenty of room for extra equipment and supplies. Built from American-made 1000-denier Cordura® nylon, the bag remains soft and pliable even in cold weather.

Each pocket features a #10 YKK® zipper. The bag includes a carrying handle made of 2″ webbing with a handle wrap, an ID window on top, and reinforced D-rings for shoulder strap attachment

The bag includes five pockets:

  • Left side pocket: 16″T x 15″W x 8″D, large enough to hold a New Yorker-style helmet.
  • Right side pocket: 16″T x 15″W x 3″D, suitable for an SCBA mask.
  • Right flat pocket: 13″T x 15″W.
  • Front flat pocket: 11″T x 9″W.
  • Main compartment: 16″T x 22″W x 17″D.

The overall dimensions are 33″L x 17″W x 16″H totaling approximately 8,976 cubic inches of storage.

It is available in red with a Maltese Cross printed in yellow ink. The bag weighs 48 oz and is proudly made in America.
